Makes fresh puree of tomatoes - removing skins and seeds - and other vegetables, fruits and legumes for sauces, soups, mousses and baby food. It purees ripe raw tomatoes, grapes, melons, berries, kiwis and pitted apricots, peaches and plums as well as cooked vegetables, fruits and legumes. Wonderful for applesauce and mashed potatoes.
